Yes, it's true! We've completed ANOTHER donation!

We could not be more excited to tell you all that we've completed another amazing and successful donation! This time, our founder, Amanda and two members of our board of directors, Stephanie and Rob, went over to P.S. 231k in Brooklyn last Friday, April 17. We donated $3,000 (yes, really!) worth of supplies to the elementary school for special-needs students. These supplies included tools to help students communicate verbally, as well as books, physical activity tools, reading cubes, puzzles and so much more. We worked with Jill Moses, who was the teacher who coordinated the donation with us directly.

What was perhaps the most exciting part of their day was the paint party they had with special needs classes! Amanda, Stephanie, Rob and the students used arts and crafts that were donated to the foundation and spent the morning painting with about 50 students in total. They had so much fun painting all different kinds of ceramic figures, including cupcakes, fairies, piggy banks, jewelry boxes, cats and more! This really allowed them to bond and interact with the students, and made their day extra-special.

And if you're visiting this page for the first time, we are the Fashion Foundation. We sell new and gently-used clothing and accessories kindly donated by you!
